Your reunion representative personally inspects each facility and is on site reunion night to register guest, coordinate photography and distribute memory books and name tags. Conducting the Search With the help of your committee, we are able to pinpoint as many Alumni as possible, ensuring that your reunion is the best attended reunion ever. As a Committee member you receive timely updates to “clue” you in on the progress of your search, including the percentage located and the number attending. To maximize attendance and lead us to missing classmates, we use local Public Service Advertising including newspapers, cable television and radio stations. Invitations and Reservations When the time comes to make contact with your classmates, each class member will receive a personalized invitation along with a personal data sheet for use in the souvenir biography book, a current list of those class members whose addresses may not yet be verifiable, and access to our online registration service to make sign up even easier. HOW TO GET STARTED All it takes is you, or your Committee, a list of alumni and a copy of your yearbook and together we’ll develop a plan to get your reunion going.
