One of the most difficult and time consuming parts of organizing a reunion is actually finding your classmates. It is also the most important. Statistics show that 40% of the students in a given graduating class will be the total number of people who will actually attend. Out of the 40% who attend, about 3/4 of them are actually classmatLocating Classmateses while the other 1/4 are guests and spouses. About 40% of the classmates are easily found and the rest are found through continuous research. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to find as many of the class members as possible to insure a successful reunion. We communicate with the committee to obtain the initial list and any up to date information they may already have. Then, through all available resources, T.V., radio, internet, telephone, we are able to expand on the list and find people whose addresses are not readily available. All of the classmates who are found will receive the invitation. We print the invitations and send them out several months prior to the event. We pay for the postage, printing and supplies. Research is work that is very tedious, detailed and time consuming, and it can take the fun out of your reunion. Let us do the work for you. |
