All reunion planning services are based on a per-person charge and include: Conduct National Alumni Search (by phone, Internet) (Will require committee participation and at least 25% verified upon receipt of class list) Help Select the Facility Arrange Food and Drink Arrange DJ Entertainment (for Saturday night) Print and Mail Preview Letters, Personal Invitations and Reminders Pay All Facility Deposits for the Saturday Night Function Handle Event Reservations Help Coordinate Evening Program Provide Photo Nametags and Guest Nametags Print and Distribute Alumni Directories (available on Saturday night) Provide a Photographer for Photos (cost not included in ticket price) Provide Table for Memorabilia Display Provide Decorations (centerpieces, balloons, etc.) Status Reports to the Committee Chairperson Public Service Announcements (update once a month) MasterCard, Visa, Discover Cards or American Express Accepted List on the Web Page Staff to Greet and Register Class Members and their Guests
